Session: Designing for a HyFlex Learning Environment
Description: HyFlex also known as Hybrid Flexible is a modality incorporating both face-to-face and online pedagogy and allows students to attend class in 3 different ways. Designing a course takes a review of the components of assignments, activities, and assessments, and how to have these ready for students no matter what modality students attend class. We will discuss the design of a course and what technology you could have in the classroom to help facilitate the different modalities.
