Session Title: Are you [Cyber] Smarter than a 5th Grader?
Session Description: This presentation will explore the foundational principles of cybersecurity - from what our elementary students start to learn to how cyberwarfare is conducted on a minute-to-minute basis. General principles, Dos and Don'ts, as well as Actionable tasks will be shared so that all participants will know how they're everyday routines may be putting them at risk, and how to a little "CyberSmarter" after this session.

Presenter Bio: Stephanie Allen is an Instructional Technology Teacher for Howard County Public School System. She's a 15-year, K-8 educator that also works as a consultant with George Washington University's GenCyber program, as well as participating in STEAM instruction with her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta. Recently, Stephanie developed the Pre-K technology curriculum for Howard County Public School System. In her free time, Stephanie loves trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
